Return & Refund Policy
If you're not content with your purchase, we'll handle your return or exchange request as long as you get in touch with us within 30 days of the item arriving. After 30 days, requests won't be fulfilled. Contacting us via email ([email protected]) is the best course of action.
Conditions for Return and Exchange
- Returned items must be in their original packaging.
- Unauthorized returns of goods won't be allowed.
- Items must be returned within 30 days after you receive them.
- Every item needs to be in its original packing, undamaged or unopened, with all tags, and in the same condition as when it was delivered to you. The receipt or other evidence of purchase is also required.
- Customers must utilize a delivery method that provides tracking information when returning or exchanging merchandise.
Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect products, product quality issues), we will provide a full refund.
- If the return is due to the buyer’s preference (e.g., dislike, wrong product/size ordered), the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs.
Order Cancellations
- We can cancel the order for you if you contact us in time after your purchase.If your payment finished and the parcel is not shipped out, you can cancel your order before your item’s delivery. And we will refund full of your money.
- Orders can’t be canceled once the parcel is shipped out.
Non-returnable items:
- On sale items are non-refundable.
- Customers are not reimbursed for any lost or damaged goods.
Exchanges
At the moment, orders cannot be exchanged online. You must purchase the replacement product separately and return the original product for a refund.
Policies
- It is recommended that you use a traceable delivery method for all returns to ensure your delivery is safely returned to us. We are not responsible for any loss or damage to parcels returned to us.
- All purchases (except Final sale/Clearance item(s),Free Gift, Swimwear, Underwear, Panties and Accessories) can be returned within 30 days after you have received the last package of your order. Note:You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return request online.
- Return packages should be authorized. Any return request not authorized by the customer service will not be honored. Note:Item(s) must NOT be returned to the address on the package you received. That is not our return address and will affect the processing of your return.
General Return Process
- Select the products you would like to return or exchange by logging into your account or looking up a prior order.
- Items that need to be returned can be shipped back using the given return label and the original packing.
- We'll keep track of the things you're returning to us and notify you when they do.
- Your returned goods will be examined, processed, and refunded as soon as they arrive back at our warehouse!
Refunds
We will notify you via email that your return has been received and will be examined, as soon as possible. To approve or reject your return, we will also send you a notification.
In the event that you are accepted, your refund will be handled and, within two to three business days, a credit will be automatically credited to your Paypal payment method.
